The Promise and the Law

It is my belief that God has the power to change DNA since He created it. If you feel that you came here on this earth with the wrong body. God can change that for you without the pain of surgery or expensive therapy sessions. I thank God for doctors but some pains are not from Him. They come from His enemy and the enemy of all humankind.

First before I explain myself through the scriptures I want to ask God for forgiveness for all the Hate crimes against the Homosexual community. And also want to ask the Homosexual community for forgiveness for all Hate crimes committed falsely in God's name. True Christians must ask to God for this because as the blood of Able cries out so will any innocent blood cry out to God for justice.

There is something greater than a contract between two people. A loving promise from God. Our iniquity is far weaker than God's Abrahamic Blessing on our lives. If you want this Blessing you must believe in Abraham's God. But that is only the first step of this blessing.

God wants us all to leave any lifestyle that is not His Best for us. But how will I change who Iam you ask. You say you are secure in being a homosexual. That you know that God has love for you. Well I disagree with you there. But I can agree on this. God will have just as much Love for you if you are a homosexual or bi or otherwise as He will for those who are heterosexual. We all have something called iniquities to submit to God for His help.

He does not just Love. He is everything that we think of as Love and more. He is the only one who can complete a human being. No human can change themselves by doing the right thing just because it is the right thing to do. In any belief system. God has to change you. Sometimes this can happen in one moment. He God is the only one who can help us (us being both communities gay and strait) to chase away the loneliness.

I just saw Where the Wild Things Are so I'll be using some statements from the film as an illustration of my points. I thought the movie was excellent. The main character in the film confronted the monsters in his young life with dreams and stories that I believe God gave him.

Honoring the God given gifts in our lives in each moment that is given will lead us into this place of Best things in life Who is God Himself. His gifts and callings are Him. Find God and you find the place of change for the better. The sacred things in your life are God given and to find these things are meant for kings.
There is a actually a scripture in the bible for that one. can't seem to locate it just now. I'll focus more on honoring sacred things later in another blog entry.

But back to Galatians
Blessings in prayers always overtake any iniquity that is passed down through your bloodline. Any problem can be overcome with blessing. That is why I started out with a plea to the gay community for forgiveness. I am a Christian who believes in the Daniel way of doing things. Pray first and ask questions later. So if you have any wild ways in your life tame them with God's gifts. Later.

The story of a trouble boy who wanted to run away from his monsters. But only found them in life size form. Got to interact with them and saw himself in them and went home.

Prayer for those in Need of Salvation

Lord Thank You
That you see us as precious stones that cover your heart.
We come to you and ask for those who are seeking someone to love, We come to you and ask for those who are lonely seeking someone to care about them We come to you and ask for others needs. You will become a friend to the friendless, You will be hope for those who have none,You will be a welcome to those who are starting over in life after a loss.

Lord we thank you that you meet the needs of those who don't have anyone or anything to hold on to. You are the loving Heavenly Father to those who don't have one and even to those who have the perfect example. We thank you for meeting needs today all over the world. We know that you will meet us where we are and not just where we should be.

God is. God Loves. God sent His Son Jesus to Die for you and me.
He raised Him up in all power from the dead. He loves you individually and does not condem you for your sins. And wants a better life for you than you want for your self. Trust Him and confess to another person that Jesus Christ is God and Master of your life. He is a rewarder of those who seek Him continually.

FYI : The only anger that Jesus has is for those who presume to know Him and don't. This wont be as difficult as you think, find a church to attend on Sundays or Saturdays, or Wedsdays or You get the picture. Find a church that Believes that Jesus loves us individually and personally.

Crying Out in Intercession

Eph. 6:18 Pray at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and entreaty. To that end keep alert and watch with stron purpose and perseverance, interceding in behalf of all the saints.


We must cry out to God for others in times of need. As Job was healed as he prayed for his friends. We still must do the same. We are called to be the replacement parts of Christ. He has arms of His own but He calls each one of us to partner with Him and be the healers and bridge builders for those who cannot get across the troubled waters of this time. Jesus is the Connecter and Healer of all mankind. But the mystery is that He wants us to help Him in his indevors.

We must draw all of our faith and strength from Him Eph 6:10 Draw your strength from Him [that strength which His boundless might provides]. Eph 6:17 And take the helment of salvation like we do the communion sacrafice of Jesus His body was broken for us and saves and heals us each day as we remember Him.

And also The sword that the Spirit wields or uses as He sees fit. He uses the Word Spoken and manifested in Jesus Christ like an offensive weapon. And as we yeild to his grip He will use us in the same fashion. He wields, wills this. Thier is no need for our will power. He wills it.

If we ask Him, He will reason with us as we pray for things we cannot know or understand with our human reasoning. Only as he shows us what we are ready to understand can we understand. And Jesus has perfect timing.

My prayer is that we ask things we cannot know and do things we cannot do without the Triune God. Father, Son Jesus and Holy Spirit. We cannot see the Tree of Life without Gods hand pointing this tree out to us. Without His hand on our lives we cannot live. Help us to know you as You Father know us. I personally believe that the Tree of Life and the Tree of knowledge of good and evil are so similar that we cannot tell the difference with out Gods hand. So guide us sweet Holy Spirit and teach us to see the Tree of Life in every form that You reveal it to us.

Many preach Jesus and works and do not realize this. They make new laws that you must follow to be a Christian. As I heard from a minister just this morning. Obedience to Jesus and His Way only breeds more obedience. So what would He Jesus have you to do to satisfy your spiritual thrist. Trust that He the Three part God Loves you and wants the best for you. Get the books that He wrote through human men ,the Bible, and ask Him what He meant. Start in the book of John its easier. And Pray To Jesus. Join a good Church and love your fellow christians.

What is His Way?

You must love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself.

He reveals different indiviual methods, translated in regular english is: each individual person will have to ask Father God to give them one on one ways, slowly but surely, ways to give their whole personality to Him and everything else that is a part of your life to God for His use.

So I pray that you will find Jesus a Loving a Joyous brother who is God incarnate. I Pray for you that you find Him to be a loving God who will transform you into a superhero of a unique kind.

Honoring the fallen 9/11

Justice for those who have been murdered by terrorist. We celebrate that everyday when those who don't honor anything good are incarcerated and subjected to treatment for rehabilitation.

God loves and regenerates those who don't deserve anything. But man's governmental justice is different and there for a purpose. He has given the sword for a good purpose to protect us.

So as we celebrate the lives of those who are not with us anymore. We ask God to bring others who don't celebrate Good to bring them to there knees.

The Joyful Christ and Crop Failure

I asked for crop failure for my past sins a while ago. Actually some years ago. It is time for Righteous Judgement to come upon the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. Seekers after the Goodness of God will get a judgement in their favor full of Rewards.

Meaning every idle word will retrieve what it was sent after and bring it back to the sender.So if you were looking for something evil when you sent a word out. That particular word will bring it back to you. Some in the Wiccan Religion call that a curse.

We were made to be creative beings. We create just like he did with our words and thoughts. So if you sent a word out that was searching for something not like God and His Son. And you changed your mind about wanting that to come back and knock on your door and come in to your household.

Just ask Him, meaning God to dry that seed up where it stands. Hopefully you will ask honestly and truthfully. And then walla. Poof, no more bad seeds in your garden. Bug spray works too.

What exactly do I mean by that. Well our words don't have to be a curse but they can produce hurt. And when you are in a position of authority your words have more power. So a stray error can cause a lot of damage, to your crop. Our Lord seeks to bless His word. He constantly looks over this whole earth for any that He can bless.

Meaning anyone who will speak His words after Him in the manner that He did. Manners are not just being nice and following a set of hospitality rules. So that you guest can feel welcome at your table. Its His heart and this is not motive alone. This is simply substance, the very thing that makes Him a Loving Father.

He is a loving Father who heals with a simple word of kindness and humor or joy. And those who constantly go contrary to this manner of doing things, He has a problem with. It doesn't matter who I have irritations with in the Body of Christ. Its all about if His feelings are hurt.

God has emotions that are not suppressed because feelings are assumed to be lesser that actions. His emotions that are used to minister His compassion.

And a prayer for those who don't know yet to ask for God dry up the evil seeds that they have saught after. Those who are seeking the Goodness of God will find Him.

Lord, I ask now for the seekers out there in the world who have sent out evil words over people and don't know that these words will come back to haunt them even if they accomplish what they had in mind. Please Lord forgive us all for this sin of presumption. To presume that we have the mind of God when at times we don't. We only live in you when you allow it. And welcome us in to your presence to drive the universe around a every once and a while.

We thank you that you have forgiven us all for this sin. And have thrown these evil thoughts spoken or not spoken into the sea of forgetfulness. Heal the damage done by these words and place your stamp of approval on these lost ones who now understand the power of the spoken word. And enable them to speak blessing and not curses.

Christ Reborn in Me

December 25 is when we celebrate the birth of Our Lord, Jesus. And we who call ourselves Christians look forward to giving gifts on this day. But there is a concept that is not readily taught. That is Christ raised up from the dead in us everyday.

What does this mean to me? Well it means, Jesus not in bodily form, at least not exactly, living in me every day of my natural born life. I take care of the bodily part. Just say I loan it to Him when I yield to God. And I did say God and not the whims of a man.

What does yielding to God and not man mean? Well that's a loaded question. Its what every Christian strives to do. That is every mature Christian. His Word is not only God's bond but His Word is a person. A He named Jesus who was not reincarnated as an animal or other lesser innocent being. But He is the incarnate Word of God.

How would you like to see your words walking and talking and living right in front of you. Well you can, in a manner of speaking. We are made in the likeness of God and He created the world so Father God lets us create every once and a while. When He sees that the Words that we speak = the Word Himself. Not just relate to the Word but actually equal what He already said.

In the beginning God created ... So a loving Father gives us the wheels to the universe. If we dare to take hold. The lesser animals and nature were created for us, not to abuse. But to be overseers over. I know that's a bit of double speak, but really they are ours to lovingly practice on. Just look at Adam in Genesis. We can ask God to reveal His power to us to create. Even in this time and place.

So allow God to let you create on this canvas of the earth that He has provided for us. Let this mind be in us that is in Christ Jesus. A creative mind that can form a world with a mere word from a man. Let us have the reigns every once and a while so that our Faith will be unshakeable and I dare to say unbreakable.

I double dog dare you to pray and ask Him to give you the eyes to see His creative Word in action in real time.

The Masquerade

Are there two faces to every human? I don't think so. The masquerade is not in our behavior but in our hearts. To change this we must seek the one who created mankind. There is a dark night of the soul for everyone. But to chase down this masquerade in motive is what I personally call insane.

Who can know the spirit of a man except the Spirit Himself. Motives will straighten themselves out. Meaning what is done in secret will be revealed in the Light. We win when we seek to hold things up to the light of inquiry only if the inquisitor is Just. And this takes us back to motive. What do just judges seek? Mostly justice, hopefully.

The darkness will flee from any just judge. They must learn to take the truth captive and let the darkness go. God gave the government of man a sword so that the institution itself can do good. The darkness in the mind of a man cannot be punished by civil authorities, only quarantined. People's behavior can change with rehabilitation. But I am speaking about evil and good. Not crime and punishment. We must seek to enforce the laws on the books. Not fictional delusions that come from studying the theory of the darkness of man. I personally believe that we do all sin, but darkness is optional.

I have no expertise in the area of putting in quarantine the motives of evil in mankind. But I will say this. If you live you can communicate what you have lived. Just keep on livin and talk about it.

Rewards

Behold, thy salvation cometh; behold, His reward is with Him, and His recompense before Him.' 12 And they shall call them the holy people, The redeemed of the LORD; and thou shalt be called Sought out, a city not forsaken.

Maybe His reward is a Word in due season. A Prophetic word to one who is about to end there life with there own hand. Like Saul it is too late if you let them get on the field of war.

How about timing? If someone had gotten to him before he went to the (black arts) witches house. She gives him a word that is a lie, and he believes. And brings this lie of a prophecy to past. There are  those in the belief system of wicca who are searching for Jesus. A Knight who will save them from the horrors of this world.

Those who say a word and hope that this will then come to past by the efforts of another human person are functional witches. I love them as I would love one who has the same beliefs as I do.

But it is dangerous to hope for something to come true that is a lie. The reward is the Word Himself. And curses are easy to send out. Blessings will not come as easy.

So I look for the Word to not come back to me void. Because it will not. The Word is a person and He has power of His own. So we must love and live with each other and look for rewards from God alone.

What Shall I Proclaim?

If you cannot proclaim the Peace of God, there is no victory. Rehab stood and the walls fell down. Let her come and sit at the feet of God. But don't forget she has company with her can they come too? Who says, who can come to the house of the Lord?

He does.

His ANGER will be kindled against those who don't let the children come unto Him. So to the ministers of His Church. What Shall I Proclaim to you? Just be careful that you don't shut Him Out, because you don't recognize Him in another form. Like on the road to Emmaus. His servants didn't know who they were talking to. So he does resist the proud and gives much grace to the humble.

By children I don't mean those who are younger in physical age, but in the spiritual. Those who are spiritually dead will not awake because you said what your Master said. But will only respond when the Spirit of God says come forth.

Do you think you can touch the whole world with your hands? Our master sent His word, and the whole world was created. So what is in your words. Walls of separation that keep people out, or words full of sorrow at the pain and suffering that people will go through without God.

Compassion cannot be faked because you raise the level of your voice. And boldness is not there if you have confidence in what laws that you have not violated. The confidence is in the LOVE of GOD only. That He will see you in your sins. Whatever they are, one is not greater than another. If you break one little law you break them all.

Christians who are heterosexual look down at those who call themselves gay. This angers God. They must come to Him as they are, gay and strait. Rich and poor, old and young. Locking God out? Judgement must start in the house of the Lord. Are you ready.

Low really low thinking can get you in trouble. Learn from me and don't get a woopin from God and His Son. He corrects those that He loves. So correction from people in your life that love you is Godly. And comes from God.

But remember the wisdom of God is first peaceable. Meaning He does not beat you over the head with His correction. You may feel bad after He corrects you. This does not mean that the correction is evil. It sometimes means that you are in Godly sorrow.

And that's good.
So lets go to Song of Songs and Isaiah 5. Low level thinking. Seeing things from the base level. Not the fundamental but the crude and rude and stupid. Ok I been stuck on that word stupid. I know its rude but that's what low level thinking is. I keep hearing the song I don't Want to Be a Stupid Girl, by Pink.  Ok I hear you ask "what does that have to do with those scriptures. Well its not just about girlfriend boyfriend kind of Love or even the friendship kind of Love. Its about a deeper level of relationship with God.

So if you concentrate on the surface or the lowest crude. You will not understand the Love that God has for you. He calls us His Beloved. And we can call Him that back under His power.

So just look at the bible a little closer for the voice of Our Beloved.

Music is really a Godsend, just try it if you are tired. My favorite is Worship and Praise Music. I just downloaded some music from mp3.walmart.com. I usually use amazon.com but I decided to try walmart this time. So just sing upon your strength when you are tired and weary of this world. Trifilin peoples and stuff like that. Just trust that God and His Son hears you and has people that you can fellowship with. Your click is right around the bend.

Just wait on God to set you up. That is in a good way pun intended. He said I am theWay and the Truth and the Light.

How can God know beforehand? Well He is God like that. He is everywhere at the same time. Knows everything there is to know. And we, finite beings can have a conversation with this same God.

And this quote, "Your name is Almost" By one of the main antagonist of the movie. The bad guy striped Jaguar Paw of his name and called him Almost as in you almost killed me and got away. His fight Jaguars fight is not just against the bad guys of the movie but the mindset of the "bad guys" their methods were to strip there captives of their character and break their spirits so that they will not resist there attempts to shape them into little copies of themselves.

This movie is indeed for GrownUps and teenagers that are mature and can handle the adult content in the movie it gets 5 out of 5 stars from me.

Moving with God

How do you know in Him you have your being... Some say just be yourself. But do you know that the only place that you can find yourself is in God and His Son Jesus. He created you and knows you better than you know yourself. He wants more for you than you want for yourself. He believes in you more than you believe in yourself. If you have ever met Him, that is God. You would know this love, this movement of compassion, this (answers.com) n. Deep awareness of the suffering of another coupled with the power to relieve it...

Some of us are slow of speech and have difficulties expressing or communicating verbally the love of God. The only way that we can do this is live this compassion out through our words and deeds.. Words that are filled with an awareness of the suffering of others can go a long way towards healing a broken heart.

Brother Lawrence.. wrote practicing the presence of God I think he meant taking your everyday life and being. Just being. Relaxing in the knowledge that God CARES. About people of every religion not just those who know Him by the Name Jesus.

How can anyone know Him by any other name? Well there is His creation. It preaches the same Gospel. That He CARES and you will find your life in Him. What is this moving Gospel that Iam talking about? A very simple Gospel. He is everything and we must serve Him with every minute of our lives. Take whatever that you have and give it to Him.

When He gives it back to you, you will know that He loves you more than you can ever love yourself. We don't even know the gifts that He has given us. Our shortcomings will disappear when we have a greater awareness of the Love of God. He has High standards. And we will never attain them if we don't know that he knows everything about us and still he loves us. He knows everything we will ever do wrong. And still He knows us the US that He MADE.

If we throw ourselves away into a life of trash and grime. He will simply pick us up and wash us off with this hope. When we trust His power to LOVE us back to health. We we have hope again that HE LOVES us above all. Then we will be able with the POWER that HE gives us to crush every evil thing in our lives. And dance to his beat. Moving with the God of all POWER, talking with the God of all GRACE the God of all LOVE.

And even talkin with Him because we just want to not because we have to.

That's what I call moving with God. COVERING each other. Because LOVE covers a multitude of sins.......

In GOD's protection plan. He covers every sin and HIS POWER helps us live with the consequences.

The covering of GOD is mercy and lovingkindness. He is aware of every tear, of every hunger pain, of every trama, of everything that causes suffering in this world. HIS POWER which IS manifested in HIS SON JESUS will cause people to stop hurting and start being a healer themselves. There are no perfect healers save ONE. His hand moves to heal the scars of mankind that we have inflicted on ourselves. The moving of God creates, and heals, and speaks, and, and, and, and does anything that is needed in this world.

For God so loved this world that HE gave is only begotten Son Its there ITS all there in HIS compassionate WORD. All the words in HIS BIBLE are filled with COMPASSION. See eariler definition. When the God who wrote and is the WORD explains Himself. Even in suffering we can see HIS POWER to move us over this world and heal it.

What Not to do when channeling

I have a vauge definition of what channeling is.
Its yeilding to a "friendly" spirit. Question: How do you know the spirit is friendly. What criteria do you check off as you offer your body to this spirit to use. And if you find out this spirit is not friendly how do you ask him or her to leave.Then there is the problem of residue.

Coming Down To See

Shundra's Questions: Was God curious?
He is a person, and he made us (people in His own Image) so yes as impossible as it may seem He came down to see. But there is a trinity. God the Father, God the Son, and last but not least God the Holy Spirit. He knows all but still asks questions. He is everywhere at the same time but chose to show up in our times as the man (Jesus, the Son). So when God asks you a question, answer Him. He likes to talk to His kids.

The short books in the bible.
Just got a new small NKJV bible reading over some of the tamer books with my young relatives. We polished off Philemon pretty fast. The main point I was trying to get across was the home chruch aspect of the book. Second Point was to have your name written in the Holy Bible is an honor from God.

I haven't found that Christian Game Server Yet. So I will probably have to run my own. Looking for hosting thinking about learning to setup a Linux server on a PS2 if possible. Still doing research. I'm still an IBM girl at heart.

Bravery vs. Recklessness

Jehan Sadat Widow of Anwar Sadat and who served as first lady of Egypt from 1970 until Sadat's assassination in 1981. She spoke on Charlie Rose and stated (my paraphrase) we knew they were going to kill him, we never spoke of it but we knew. Speaking of terrorist who assassinated him. My Hope for Peace


That is my definition of Bravery.Anwar Sadat was much like Dr. Martin Luther King in the US. In his writings and speeches he seemed to imply the same thing, he seemed to have foreknowledge that his enemies were going to kill him, and yet he still stood for peace against them.

Restoration

How can we tell if someone is truly restored?

Restoration means according to answers.com

 To bring back into existence or use; reestablish: restore law and order.  

 To bring back to an original condition: restore a building.  

 To put (someone) back in a former position: restore the emperor to the throne.  

 To make restitution of; give back: restore the stolen funds.

I will deal with the 3rd definition spiritually. To put someone back in a former position. Not as in  restoring an emperor to his throne. But as in restoring our ability to hear everything our Messiah, Jesus the Christ, has told us through the Scriptures and through our day to day lives. Then we can develop a friendship with God.  John 15:15 this is the place that Jesus has restored us to. Simply being his friend. 


This is a very special scripture to me it has double numbers and says to me it is a 100 fold blessing meaning if you don't have anyone to be your friend. He will be that friend. If you want to serve in the church He will show you how to be a servant in His church. If you want to hear from God about your personal life He will tell you. Sometimes through someone else, sometimes directly through the day to day activities of your life. The small blessings of life will help you see His angels and human ambassadors and what they have to say to you. Sometimes he will speak though a fictional story or a story that is based on someone's life, that is actual true events that have happened to them. But whatever the method He uses in your life. Just know that He God and His Son Jesus loves you and actually likes you as a person and wants to be your friend.

On Golden Pond

Soccer Practice

Not sure which Father but he taught us about non voilent resistance.

Not sure where I'm going with this one but I used to be a cheerleader for St. Francis kids Soccer Team. Round about 3rd grade we went on a field trip.

and... they wouldn't play us the other team I mean. They refused to play with us cause we were black. The Catholic Father went off. Lost his temper and took us home. We got mad at him we the students cause one of us said well why don't we play ourselves. Forget them we can play a game against each other. No Father didn't go for it, it was too dangerous an atmosphere for kids. He knew even if it wasn't physically dangerous for us it would affect us, and not in a positive way.

So He made a executive decision and pulled the plug on the game.
Its funny how we take our aggressions out on our own team leaders even when the opposing side starts the fight. So we practiced and ate together and I was mad cause I didn't get to be a cheerleading team of one. I was still a part of the team though even from the side lines.

So encourage and get mad when its time to get mad just don't sin.

Did you notice that the Lord opened his eyes after the conversation with the donkey. So the conversation was of importance. The Love I speak of is not between man and woman but human and God. This is not the best way, but God used (it the donkey) to save a life.


Id rather be mature and altogether and speak from a postion of sonship. But I will take whatever I can get. To save one life. You have to start somewhere. So if you see as I do compared to God we are all donkeys. Even the highest elder in the church is too (immature) young. God is old,very old.


Just speak young ones and God will lift you up higher sooner than you think.

Lets Not Loose Friendship

Friendship is interesting you can loose it if your not careful. Lost among all the small talk and chatter is something called relationship. Relationships between mother and daughter, father and son, husband and wife. How do we grow in relationships when we change as individuals. How do we keep it from growing two feet and running away from us. It is said that time waits for no man or woman for that matter.

John 15:15 (my personal paraphrase) I no longer call you servants that don't know what the master is doing but friends.

Did you loose friendship with God? Like a low level human did you expect Him to react like other humans. What do I mean by low level. Well compared to God we are all sub. That is sub-human if compared to such an infinite being as He is. We have a begin in birth and end our life on earth in death to start over in heaven. But He was there before heaven. The place where we make our new start.

Its what Christianity is all about being friends with God not just serving Him, not just groveling at His feet. Don't get me wrong if He shows up with a couple of high level angels I promise you that's what you will be doing. If you doubt it you have never had the experience.

I hear you saying He is a good God who loves us and never expects us to grovel in front of Him. I'm not talking His expectations. I'm talking Big and Little. Substance we are little he is BIG, GARGANTUON beyond our ability to comprehend. If you doubt it you live in pride that will lead to falling on you feet and doing a little groveling. And if your lucky it will be in front of God alone and not an group of your peers.

He wants us to be able to sit and talk with Him like the sons and daughters that we are very high level, not sub-human at all. But we must practice this in order to be up for the challenge of talking to someone that has to give us the ability to just be in His presence for a milisecond. Forget about understanding the getting of understanding is a bit over rated. Its in the bible that we need to get understanding but how? Not by going to pick up something like a bag of seeds. Its by practice. And if you are practicing you don't know everything don't understand much. If you have this mindset you may stumble upon an experience or two. That no one who understands much and is wise in there own eyes can talk you out of. You will understand when you believe.

1. That He (God) is infinite.
2. That He (God) wants you to be His friend.
3. That you are incapable of understanding why.
4. That He loves and is a Love that is bigger than any sin.
5. That He became a small (Jesus) human to show you how to Love.
6. And became our sins the sins that kill our ability to become friends with Him. Colossians. 1 Message Bible

If a person does not yield to the perfection of Christ Jesus, that one joins the company of foolish virgins who get left behind in the act of collecting oil. The Old Testament is full of righteous and unrighteous acts that were put there for many reasons three of which are;

• so that we may see and acknowledge His work
• to draw the unrighteous into His shelter
• for those who are under a New Covenant so that we may not repeat the mistakes of the past
  

He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He is the Alpha and Omega who knows the beginning from the end. Recognition does not come with out sight and sight does not come without recognition.

Collecting oil in itself is not wrong. The work itself is productive and fruitful, but if one who is greater comes that lesser work should be hidden in the Greater Light. There is a time, and a time to come, when none of us can work. In His presence the Work is done already.

In our day to day work lives we can miss the Lord of the workday. In this eleventh hour we must do everything unto Him. If the Principles are not credited to Christ Jesus they will work but eventually they will cause many sorrows. We should take on His burden because it is easy and light.

We as Christians are called to know them by their fruits but this scripture does not specifically say we must pick apart this fruit or reduce it to its lowest common denominator to inspect if it is true or false. This fruit is meant for a certain brother or sister in the Faith that will be or is in the life of the one bearing the fruit. And may or may not be for us specifically. I was taught that if you have the true the false will clearly be evident. The effort is in the hunger to see the difference, and hunger is increased or decreased and not sought. Ingest what you want to see and the filthy excess will fall away in the healthy. If you are not in health ingest what you want to see and you will be healed. Jesus reinforces this in Luke 4:18.

All of us in the Faith have a particular pastor that we are assigned to. When one is out of order, he or she causes serious damage to the Body that can only be reconciled by the Chief Minister of reconciliation Christ Jesus Col. 1:14. It is said some are sick and even die prematurely because personally one does not allow Christ Jesus to do this.

A word from me to you. If you do not share the vision of your pastor or overseer I would advise you to ask for release to go to another fold, rather than causing others to stumble. This is a serious and a affront to Father God Himself. He gives Grace to the humble but resist the proud.

If we have any righteous hope of finding our place in the Body of Christ we must know that each of us is limited and God is infinite. We must always keep this in the forefront. And again David responds, "My sins are ever before me.." And again David responds, "What is man that you are mindful of him?"

So without true Hope in Christ Jesus there is no Faith, but always remember John 17:17 the prayers of the Messiah are always answered by Abba Father. Will you answer Christ Jesus in the affirmative? He calls out, put the weight on Hope and pray with Me.

Jesus did. He Irritated (agreed to disagree with some). Hung out. Laughed. Loved. Talked. And ate hummus with people who did not trust God. And yet these seedy behaviors did not change who He was, or why He was who He was, or how He came to be on this earth in the first place.(40.1:18-25)

I won't start preachin, not too much anyway. But if you don't see things eye to eye with me consider yourself forewarned I tend to grow on people. No, no, no, not in terms of being leachy. But like we must have met before. (disclaimer: I'm so not into reincarnation, the thought makes me tired (58.9:27-28)) As in you remind me of my cousin Louie. I want people to benefit from what I have to share. And if you have found this site you probably have found something of interest.

I look at it like this. If I were a Christian teacher teaching in a public school system I would have students from every culture, race, creed, ect. ect. ect. I must admit in my first draft of the mission statement for web.evangel I thought about a for Christians only type of mission. Partly because I really didn't feel up to the challenge and I didn't want to embarrass my kind on front of the whole world wide classroom. But I reconsidered for one reason. I have never really been up a real challenge.

I thought about making the blog all hospitable and making a concerted effort not to speak Christian jargon, even though I actually enjoy Christian jargon. For me its like kids talking to each other in shorthand and using nicknames that only they know. And if you grew up in the south, like I did, you were taught there were no strangers. But you were also taught how to talk in such a manner as to the bad guys (bad guy defined - any one who means you serious harm, intentional or unintentional) out of your family business.(40.13:13-15)

But as I have tried to allow myself to be enlightened by the Truth. I found that I didn't have to encrypt anything. God already has that covered. If you don't ask the Author to translate, you just won't get it. Simple as that. One can understand factoids. But the principles are mailed from the Principle's office and they will only end up on the desk of the persons or person named on the address label.(23.55:11)

I'm happy to say I've gotten a hold of a message or two in my lifetime and there is nothing like getting mail with your name on it. Its better yet to wait for, meet and all but mug the Letter carrier at the door. It's a real experience to suddenly realize you get to read a something that not only was not directly addressed to you, but it was expressed, registered, and sealed private to someone with your family name on it.(42.11:10)

On the Person of Jesus
There is only one true God, Who is revealed in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is the Word (Logos) of God. The Word was with God in the beginning, which states His pre-existence as one with God. "By Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth" (Colossians 1:16), therefore making Jesus the Creator. Jesus Christ is the Purpose of God found in all of creation. He is the Father's delight and desire, and the Father is looking for the reflection of His Son in all created things. Jesus is the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. In the beginning, it was the ultimate purpose of God for all things to be summed up in Christ (Ephesians 1:10).

Jesus Christ, Who pre-existed with God in the form of God, emptied Himself to become fully a man that He might be the propitiatory sacrifice for the sins of mankind. Through His propitiatory sacrifice made on the cross, all who believe in Him and His sacrifice have their sins remitted and are restored to the fellowship with God lost by man's transgression.

Jesus was born of a virgin, by the seed of the Holy Spirit. His virgin birth is a testimony that only the Spirit can beget that which is Spirit. Those of the new creation are not solely of human origin, but are born from above by the Holy Spirit. The resurrection of Jesus' physical body after His crucifixion was literal, as will be the resurrection of both the just and the unjust on the Day of Judgment.

"There is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (I Timothy 2:5). All who seek restoration and fellowship with God must go through Jesus and cannot approach God through any person, spirit or doctrine. It is also a supreme presumption for any person or institution to seek to be mediator for others in place of Christ Jesus Himself.

The apostolic commission was for His followers to labor until Christ was formed in His church, to present every person complete in Christ, and to manifest the sweet aroma of the knowledge of Him in every place. When Jesus is lifted up, He will draw all people to Himself. We consider it the primary purpose of the church to esteem and exalt Jesus in every way.

On Man
We believe that man was created by God from the dust of the earth, without sin or the knowledge of good and evil. The first man, Adam, transgressed the command of God, and as God had warned, the process of death entered him and all of his descendants because of that transgression. Therefore, all have sinned and are worthy of the sentence of death. Because of our unrighteousness, we are unable to approach a holy God, except through the atoning sacrifice of Jesus. Through Jesus, we not only can come before the Throne of Grace, but we may approach it boldly since our confidence is not in ourselves, but in the Lord Jesus.

On the Atonement
Because all have sinned and are therefore under the sentence of death, all must trust in the atoning sacrifice of Jesus for the remission of sins. There is no other way to reconcile with God or escape from eternal judgment, except through the propitiatory sacrifice of Jesus.

Those who trust in Jesus Christ have access to the Throne of Grace by His sacrifice and by His sacrifice alone. Good works are acceptable to God only as a love offering given to Him because of His worthiness, and have no bearing on our acceptance, standing or approval, all of which were accomplished by the cross. Good works offered for the purpose of acceptance, standing or approval are therefore an affront to the cross by which all of these things were gained for us by Jesus. Good works are not offered for His approval, but for His joy and glory, and must be offered through the Son (I Peter 2:5) in obedience to Him. Therefore, the goal of our service is obedience and not sacrifice.

On the New Birth
Believing in our hearts that Jesus is the Son of God and in His propitiation made for our salvation results in a regeneration and renewal that constitutes our new birth into new creations. Although this does not imply immediate perfection in our temporal life or lifestyle, it does mean that true faith will result in a radical change in us. Being "born again" implies a new beginning, not an ending. Christian maturity in faith, truth and life is a process. Even so, this process must begin with spiritual regeneration or new birth. While it is possible to change our behavior without regeneration, changing our hearts requires the new birth, and it is our hearts upon which God looks.

On the Purpose of Faith
True faith is of the heart and not just the mind (Romans 10:10). God's purpose in requiring faith for salvation is to raise our focus and concentration above the temporal to the One who is eternal. Therefore, the gospel that is able to save souls must be preached in the power of the Spirit of God. The gospel is not dependent upon human eloquence or persuasion that may change minds, but cannot change hearts. Only the Spirit of God can reveal the Son of God, and only the Son of God can reveal the Father.

On the Authority of Scripture
We believe in the Divine inspiration and authority of the 66 books of the Holy Bible as the complete canon of God's testimony to mankind. We are committed to esteeming Scripture as the very Word of God, inerrant in its original form. We do not accept any doctrine which contradicts Scripture.

We understand that there are many practices and doctrines that are considered orthodox which do not contradict the Scripture, but which are not directly addressed in His Word. We are committed to giving liberty in the belief and practice of these teachings, but we will endeavor to maintain the simplicity of the biblical testimony and its stated practices as we are given grace to perceive them. We do not accept any spiritual experience as having its source in the Holy Spirit that does not have a precedent in Scripture. We do not accept any revelation, vision, dream, prophecy or discernment as truth which contradicts Scripture, or cannot be verified by it. We do not believe that any other writings have the same authority as the canon of Scripture.

On the Lord's Supper
We acknowledge the ordinance of the Lord's Supper in remembrance of Jesus and as a testimony of our communion (common-union) with Him in His body, the church. We consider it a holy ordinance, but we do not accept the teaching that communion is for the purpose of remitting sins, which Scripture testifies is based solely in the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross (Hebrews 9:25-28).

On Water Baptism
We believe that water baptism should be by immersion and accomplished immediately after commitment to the Lordship of Jesus and His atoning sacrifice for our sin. This ordinance is a personal and public statement of faith in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ on our behalf, and is a commitment to lay down our lives to be one with Him in His death, burial and resurrection.

On the Baptism of the Holy Spirit
We believe that the "baptism in the Holy Spirit" is an additional impartation which may be subsequent to regeneration (see Acts 8:15-17 and 19:1-6). This baptism is usually accompanied by the gifts of the Spirit, such as speaking in tongues, prophecy, etc.

We believe that this gift is presently available to all who believe (Acts 2:38-39), but is not essential for salvation or regeneration. While these are accomplished by the Holy Spirit (Acts 19:1-7), there were disciples who did not even know that there was a Holy Spirit. Just as Paul made it a priority to instruct those believers and pray for them to receive this gift, we are committed to doing the same.

The purpose of the baptism in the Holy Spirit is to impart spiritual power to the believer to be a witness (Acts 1:8, 5:32). This baptism is to be distinguished from being filled with the Spirit (Acts 4:31, 7:55, 13:9,52), which can be a special and repeated empowering for specific purposes.

We believe that when Christians truly have been baptized with the Holy Spirit, they should begin to take on His nature and fruit, becoming "helpers" and "comforters", leading others into truth, and testifying of Jesus.

On the Present Ministry of the Holy Spirit
We believe that "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever" (Hebrews 13:8) and that His ministry in and through the church by the Holy Spirit has not changed from the beginning. We accept, acknowledge, encourage and seek all of the biblical gifts and ministries of the Holy Spirit as present and vital for the church to accomplish her full purpose today.

On the Second Coming of Christ
We believe in the literal, physical return of the Lord Jesus Christ to take authority and rule on earth. We believe that those who are alive and remain at the return of our Lord will be changed and caught up to be with Him in the air. Those who have died in the faith will be resurrected and precede those who are alive in being changed and caught up to be with Him.

We believe in the literal, physical resurrection of both the just and the unjust for the Day of Judgment. For those of us who have been justified by faith in Jesus Christ and His sacrifice on our behalf, this resurrection is for eternal life in fellowship with God. Those who are not justified by faith in Jesus are resurrected for an eternal judgment.

Tentative Mission

To inspire the next generation of internet missionaries to use the faith and technical skills they have acquired to teach in the likeness the greatest Teacher there will ever be.

My prayer is that God would allow this blog to be a meeting place for people of all faiths who want to teach by example. And that He would help ordinary people in every field of study use the technologies of the internet for good and not evil. May this be a place where the web.evangelist and the internet blend together like a master craftsman and his tools.
